Import Process

1. Inquiry

Send an inquiry and provide us with your information to receive feedback for the desired product. If you don't quite sure what specific product you want, you can get our recommendations from our car experts, for example, the right car under certain budget or the car most worthy to buy in a detailed market segment according to Chinese market sales statistics.

2. Place the order

Finalize your purchase with a contract with us. It is strongly recommended that before importing a vehicle, you research what is expected of you as a vehicle importer in your country and understand all the risks and responsibilities. We will send you an invoice include all payment details, such as purchase conditions, payment destination bank account, deadlines, and payment method. Take the invoice to your preferred bank and make the payment as stated. Share the T/T copy within 72 hours of invoice issuance to secure your purchase.

3. Finalize the purchase

After receiving the first payment(around30%), we will work on your order. You will expect to receive purchase confirmation, shipping & other details from our agents. For certain countries that require specfic reports or pre-export inspection lists, we will work at this time.

4. Export preparation

Receive B/L and other standard documents upon shipment of the product. product shipped and you should make the full payment at this time.

5. Receiving

Upon arrival of the product at your port, receive it. The time to receive the car will depend on when payment is made and your final destination. Additionally, at your port, you will need to pay clearing customs fees to your clearing agent, as well as customs duty and tax to your government. The amount of these fees will depend on the exact model, year, engine size, and dimensions of the car. Trade Terms

EXW (Ex Works): The seller provides the goods at the factory or agreed place, and the buyer is responsible for all subsequent transportation, risks, and costs.

FCA (Free Carrier): After export declaration, the seller delivers the goods to the carrier designated by the buyer at the agreed place, after which the risk transfers to the buyer.

FOB (Free On Board): The risk transfers to the buyer once the seller loads the goods onto the named vessel.

CFR (Cost & Freight): The seller is responsible for paying the freight to the destination, but the risk transfers after the goods are loaded onto the ship.
